About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Condition Monitoring Technician to join our reliability team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing vibration analysis, on-site dynamic balancing, laser alignment, and various condition monitoring tasks across a range of industrial equipment and critical assets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and detailed vibration analysis in accordance with ISO standards using tools such as CSI 2140 and Commtest analyzers.
* Conduct on-site balancing of rotating equipment including fans, pumps, turbines, and motors.
* Carry out precision laser alignment for coupled rotating machines using advanced laser tools.
* Support advanced diagnostics, including run-up and coast-down testing of turbines and other critical assets.
* Use and interpret data from System 1, AMS, and other condition monitoring software platforms.
* Prepare detailed technical reports including recommendations for corrective actions.
* Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to develop predictive maintenance strategies.
* Conduct ultrasound, infrared thermography, and lubrication assessments (preferred but not mandatory).
* Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant procedures and client site requirements.
* Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members when required.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* ISO VCAT-II certification from Mobius Institute (VCAT-III preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and machinery diagnostics.
* Proven experience using CSI 2140, Commtest instruments, and associated software platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to perform on-site balancing and laser alignment independently.
* Experience with turbomachinery diagnostics, including start-up and shutdown data collection and System 1 analysis.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for rotating equipment.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

* Exposure to oil analysis, motor current analysis, and ultrasound testing.
* Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
* Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo).

* Strong communication and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
