Job Title: Multi-Family Maintenance Manager
This role involves leading and managing the overall maintenance operations of a multifamily housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in affordable housing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
* Maintenance & Operations: Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance, oversee day-to-day operations, complete work orders, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

* Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff, schedule and delegate work orders, and foster a strong team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of combined maintenance and custodial experience with 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Experience with LIHTC, HUD 202, and/or Section 8 properties.
* Proficiency in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
* Certifications in HVAC, EPA, or related trades are a plus.
