We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the deployment of technical equipment and providing on-site support to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of device configuration activities including device imaging and software deployment
* Perform stock picking, asset application of device, packaging and data entry
* Open the technical support centre, assist staff and students with walk-up level 1 technical support
* Assist with deploying, imaging, and decommissioning of bulk computer spaces
* Undertake on-site delivery and deployment activities including physical unpacking of goods, device setup, software transfer and configuration as well as cable management
