**RETAIL ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER**
Job Responsibilities:
The Retail Assistant Store Manager is responsible for three key areas of the business:
- STAFF
- Ensure you maintain the company culture in your teams and ensure you are fully staffed at all times whilst remaining within budgets
- STOCK
- Ensure you have the correct levels of stock in your store at all times in line with the Worklocker Core range
- CUSTOMERS
- Ensure the Customer Experience in your store is exemplary. We thrive on this being the best in the industry so it's your job to ensure that everyone who leaves the store has the best experience possible
