About The Role
We're looking for a qualified & experienced support worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour. Shifts will be from Coffs to Woolgoolga, through the week (morning & evening).
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care support.
* Provide social support and community engagement.
* Transport clients to shopping and medical appointments.
* Work autonomously and within a team to meet client needs.
About You
You have a caring nature and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organized and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.
Qualifications
* Cert 3 Individual Support (or similar aged care qualification).
* Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
* National criminal history/police check (issued in the last 3 months).
* Aged care experience.
