Maintenance Worker Job Overview
Garden maintenance encompasses a broad range of tasks, including lawn mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
The volunteer is responsible for repairing or maintaining fencing, collecting manure and bagging it for sale, servicing and maintaining equipment, conducting repairs and maintenance to buildings and structures, cleaning and repairing water troughs and pipes, sweeping breezeways, pathways etc, and painting.
This position requires the volunteer to possess a Blue Card (working with children) and be familiar with workplace health and safety when working with machinery, equipment, or poisons.
Key Responsibilities
* Repair and maintain fencing
* Collect and bag manure for sale
* Servicing and maintain equipment
* Conduct repairs and maintenance to buildings and structures
* Cleaning and repair water troughs and pipes

Requirements
