As our production demand continues to grow, we're looking for a Digital Print Operator who wants more than just a job — someone looking to build a long-term career in print production.

About the Role
This is a hands-on production role operating digital and wide format print equipment, supporting finishing, dispatch, and day-to-day production operations.
You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality output and fast turnaround times for our clients.
Previous print experience is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in candidates who are reliable, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Operate digital and wide format printers (Konica Minolta & HP)
Set up, run, and monitor print jobs to ensure quality and colour accuracy
Prepare and check artwork files for print production
Perform finishing tasks including:
Trimming
Laminating
Binding
Collating
Folding
Packaging
Carry out quality control checks on completed jobs
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
Maintain a clean, organised production workspace
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and production schedules
Additional Duties
Collect orders from suppliers when required
Pack orders for client deliveries
Book freight where necessary
Support general warehouse and stock management tasks

Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn new systems, equipment, and processes
Experience & Skills (Highly Regarded but Not Essential)
Digital or wide format print experience (Konica Minolta, HP or similar)
Pre-press and artwork file setup
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in print production, signage, warehouse, or hands-on production roles
