Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in software leadership roles with a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs).
* Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, SQL.
* Experience working in regulated or high-compliance industries.
* Strong people leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
* Familiar with Agile delivery and various SDLC methodologies.
