Customer Sales & Service Role at Repco
This is a customer service role that creates moments that matter for Repco customers in the aftermarket auto products sector, in a retail & trade environment.
About the Position
We strive to provide a great shopping experience for each customer in person, over the phone, and online. This role requires availability from Tuesday to Saturday. As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), responsibilities include:
* Prioritizing safety for yourself, teammates, and customers
* Providing genuine service and creating memorable experiences for customers
* Contributing to positive sales performance through excellent customer service
* Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
* Processing stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing
* Being an enthusiastic and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to lift, bend, and climb as part of their duties. We welcome applications from individuals without industry experience.
