Your Mission:
* Review new account applications within defined SLAs.
* Verify client or partner eligibility.
* Contribute to transaction monitoring within the risk function.
You'll be responsible for:
* Completing a thorough review of client and partner applications, ensuring department SLAs are met.
* Ensuring adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and related regulatory requirements during the underwriting process.
* Correctly interpreting and applying card brand network rules.
* Communicating decisions and data needs with sales teams and business partners.
* Participating in periodic reviews of larger exposure merchant accounts.
* Maintaining an understanding of relevant rules and regulations affecting the payments industry.
* Continually reviewing and improving workflows and processes.
