We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Developing Manager (BDM). The person in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with the company's key clients and implementing the sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible develop business in CE, DIY and other potential retail channels.
* Managing a portfolio of key clients and developing business relationships.
* Identifying client needs and delivering solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
* Creating sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
* Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and contracts.
* Close cooperation with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer service
* Monitoring the market, competition, and trends, and identifying new business opportunities
* Setup the sales plan and make sure the execution of the plan.
Your profile:
* You have at least 3 years of verifiable experience in consumer electronics market, you have certain relationship in this industry.
* You are familiar to do business with retailers like JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good GUYS, Bunnings, etc.
* You have good interpersonal skills and can work within a multicultural environment.
* You are comfortable with numbers and you are comfortable with calculating margins and making negotiations.
* You have a strong affinity with sales and able to be successful in negotiations.
* You are able to work within a fast-paced multitasking environment and have the ability to manage stress.
* You have solid experience and skills in MS Outlook, Excel, PPT and related tools.
Additional information
* You have a high level of business communication in English.
* Car License required.
