We're looking for a motivated Credit Analyst to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent university graduate who's eager to build a career in finance and learn directly from industry professionals. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
About the Role
As a Credit Analyst, you'll support the day-to-day backend operations of our lending process. You'll assist in verifying documents, updating CRM records, managing loan files, and helping ensure applications move smoothly through each stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Assist with loan application processing and compliance checks.
* Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
* Prepare loan files and ensure proper record management.
* Support reporting, reconciliation, and workflow tracking.
* Assist with post-funding administration and audit tasks.
* Contribute to improving internal systems and operational processes.
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce, Maths or similar
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
* Comfortable using computers and cloud-based tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
* Australian credit or lending experience is highly desired but not essential.
