Early Childhood Educator

This position involves:
* Developing strong relationships with children at the service
* Assisting with the implementation of a play-based learning environment responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities
* Contribution to the planning and implementation of programs reflecting emerging skills and interests of children
* Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families, and the community
* Compliance with Uniting Early Learning policies and procedures
* Collaboration with other staff towards continuous improvement in the service's operations
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Relevant experience in an Early Childhood services role
* Sound discipline and knowledge, including the underlying principles of Early Years, gained through experience, education, and/or training
