Job Title:
Support Worker for Independent Living
This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work collaboratively with a dedicated team to help participants achieve their goals and develop essential independent living skills.
* Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents, managing daily household operations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, demonstrating empathy and respect for their needs.
* Work effectively across various Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, adapting to participant needs.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or currently enrolled in a relevant course.
* Experience in SIL environments.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues.
* Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and sleepovers.

2. Option D: Monday to Wednesday (Night Shift), Thursday (Night Shift), Monday (Day Shift), Friday and Saturday (Day Shift), Wednesday (Night Shift), Sunday (Day Shift).
