Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best life - empowering them to build confidence, work towards their goals and improve their mental wellbeing and connect with the community.
You will work one-on-one with recipients in their homes and communities to support them to live as independently as possible. This includes carrying out activities like cleaning and organizing, preparing healthy meals, maintaining yards, and making positive choices.
A key part of the role is supporting recipients to improve their confidence accessing the community and engaging in activities that will help them achieve their goals. You will also provide transport to and from activities, which could be anything from shopping, going to the gym, attending social events and appointments.
