About the Job
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a National Sales Manager. As a senior appointment, this role requires an individual with a minimum of ten years' experience in manufacturing and selling pump sets.
As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving and delivering technical solutions to high-risk industry customers. You will need to have a strong working knowledge of pump sets and a proven track record in selling them across Australia.
You will be an experienced sales professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have the ability to negotiate major supply contracts via your strong influencing skills.
About the Role
* Drive and deliver technical solutions to high-risk industry customers
* Sell pump sets across Australia
* Negotiate major supply contracts
* BUILD relationships with key influencers including Government agencies, specifiers, and consultants
* HAVE sound people management experience

Others
* Whilst not imperative, it would be advantageous if you have had previous experience in dealing with the various state-based fire brigades and/or truck builders.
* You may also have participated on industry bodies and/or technical standards committees.
* You will be required to represent your business at local, interstate, and international industry conferences.
* You will ensure appropriate branding, online presence, and representation at industry events, trades shows, and the like.
