Key Responsibilities • Lead business teams in gathering and documenting requirements within the Pega framework. • Facilitate Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) sessions and micro-journeys with LSAs. • Translate complex business needs into user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications. • Ensure best practices in requirements management, version control, and change management. • Define and document business rules and work type structures to align with business needs. • Support draft UI and process flow development while collaborating with technical teams. • Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that Pega solutions meet customer expectations. • Drive customer engagement, manage expectations, and support project success. • Mentor and develop teams while contributing to business growth. Qualifications and Skills Required: • Pega Certified Lead Business Architect (LBA) certification or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) looking to transition into an LBA role. • Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements within the Pega ecosystem. Preferred: • Experience facilitating DCO sessions and micro-journeys. • Familiarity with Pega methodology and best practices. • Understanding of integration technologies and business process automation.
