Join our team as a Technical Business Analyst in Brisbane, working with a leading Utilities organisation to drive Security and Infrastructure projects. This 6-month contract has the potential for extension, focusing on stakeholder engagement and vendor management to ensure technical requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify stakeholders and capture business requirements for project success.
* Analyse current state environments, document technical requirements for future states, and collaborate with project teams to implement solutions that meet business needs.
* Conduct data analysis, create reports to support business decisions, and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
* Assist in developing and executing test plans to ensure quality and functionality.
Necessary Skills
* Experience with Windows 11, Modern Workplace, and Information Security projects is preferred.
* Strong business engagement skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong written communication skills, with experience in writing policy/standards, process documents, and business cases.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in collecting and analysing data.
* Excellent MS Excel skills, strong skills across the O365 suite.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Prior experience in the Australian utilities sector is desirable.
