A leading national practice is hiring a general insurance litigator for its Sydney team to work on diverse matters with mentors who genuinely care about the development of their team.
The role
Your work will span the full spectrum of insurance disputes and litigation work: property damage, fraud, arson, recoveries, coverage disputes, professional indemnity, public liability, and reinsurance. The clients are sophisticated, both national and London-based, the matters are substantive, and no two files look the same.
You'll bring
* 2+ years PQE in insurance litigation
* Sharp analytical instincts across expert reports, contracts, legislation and regulatory documents
* Strong client-facing confidence and a collaborative attitude
* Appetite to grow your name in the industry
