Job Title: Financial Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, creating purchase orders and assisting staff with their completion.
They will also match POs with supplier invoices, follow up with staff and suppliers in resolving discrepancies and assist the accountant and accounts payable team with ad-hoc duties.
In addition, the Financial Administrator will perform general administrative duties and provide reception cover when needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous accounts payable administration experience and excellent data entry skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication skills are also essential.
