Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's culinary and beverage services.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
* Supervise staff to ensure accurate shift balances and transactions for hotel accounts.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase food and beverage revenue through promotions, specials, and events.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products.
* Brief staff on new menus, promotions, and special occasions to ensure seamless execution.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.
* Collaborate with the hotel manager to develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies.
* Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role.
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
