SAP HR & Payroll Expert Lead
As a seasoned SAP HR and Payroll professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of SAP HR and Payroll systems across Australia and New Zealand.
The key responsibilities include delivering high-impact projects, resolving complex issues, ensuring system compliance, and addressing challenging tasks.
You will be accountable for developing and executing the HRIS roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements to make payroll faster, smarter, and more cost-effective. Additionally, you will lead a team of internal specialists and outsourced partners, providing direction and guidance to ensure their success.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll, with experience in configuring complex EBA data within SAP systems that actually work. You should possess hands-on expertise in S/4HANA and ECC6, as well as a solid understanding of AU payroll legislation and compliance.
