About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hydronic Underfloor Heating Specialist to play a key role in launching a new product range. This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility to work from your location while collaborating closely with a national team. You will take ownership across product sourcing, technical training, and ongoing support—acting as the internal subject matter expert. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Sourcing Identify, assess, and secure reliable supply partners Support product specification, compliance, and supplier negotiations Product Launch & Training Assist with the rollout of the hydronic product range Deliver training to sales, customer service, and installation teams Develop technical documentation and training materials Product Development & Design Contribute to product design, testing, and prototyping Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide expert technical support to internal teams and customers Assist with warranty claims, fault finding, and system diagnostics Act as the go-to specialist for hydronic underfloor heating About You We are looking for a technically skilled professional with strong industry experience and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Proven experience in hydronic underfloor heating systems Strong knowledge of system design and heat loss calculations Hands-on installation, commissioning, or maintenance experience Ability to deliver clear and engaging technical training Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability Knowledge of Australian Standards and compliance requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits This is an opportunity to join a well established and growing business with a positive, supportive and upbeat culture.
