A rapidly evolving consumer business is searching for a Marketing Specialist to join its Ventures division, an arm of the company responsible for three very distinct, high‑growth brands. This portfolio is diverse, energetic, and commercially sharp, with each brand moving at its own pace and requiring a steady hand to bring structure, clarity, and momentum. The division includes a fast‑scaling spirits brand, a profitable international eCommerce business, and a national events brand that has doubled year on year. It's a busy environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and plenty of opportunity to shape how these brands show up in market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on pace, variety, and ownership. You'll be the execution partner to the Ventures lead, translating strategy into campaigns, content, and repeatable processes that keep everything humming.
You'll sit at the centre of planning and execution, working closely with creative, digital, product, and agency partners to bring campaigns to life. It's hands‑on, busy, and ideal for someone who loves detail, organisation, and seeing ideas move from concept to go‑live.
What you'll be doing
* Own the campaign and content calendar, keeping timing aligned across multiple brands.
* Translate strategy into weekly and monthly execution plans.
* Brief and coordinate creative teams and agency partners.
* Manage the paid media agency across Meta and Google.
* Upload and execute social and paid assets in‑house.
* Track campaign performance, report on results, and feed insights into future planning.
What you'll bring
* Experience in campaign coordination or marketing execution.
* Strong organisational skills and confidence juggling multiple priorities.
* Ability to manage creatives, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
* A solid understanding of paid media fundamentals and commercial levers.
