Bistro Operations Manager
We're looking for an energetic professional to lead our bistro operations and drive our growing functions business.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing daily bistro service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
* Leading and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer experience
* Managing bookings, floor plans, staffing levels, and shift supervision
* Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care
* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and communication
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
* Previous experience in hospitality management (bistro, restaurant, or events)
* Strong customer service and people-management skills
* Experience running functions or events
