Overview
Incredible opportunity for an experienced and sales-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in WA. This role will be responsible for driving sales for our product in the domestic channel.
Reporting to the WA State Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Manage existing portfolio of Daikin dealers, domestic customers, and trade accounts by maintaining strong long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
* Analyse market activity and trends to develop a sales plan that targets opportunities for sales growth in the region.
* Provide dealers with up-to-date product information and marketing promotions to maximise sales.
* Manage individual sales budget to meet sales target.
* Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure all dealer queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
* This role is currently based in Osbourne Park WA but will be relocating to Forrest Field WA early 2026.
About You
* A proven track record in sales and managing large accounts.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop solid knowledge of the customer base, in-store sales, customer capability, target markets, and the dynamics of each customer.
* Firm understanding of market dynamics and competitors.
* Trade qualification in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration and/or tertiary business-related qualifications will be highly regarded.
