Workplace Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist
Location: Bendigo, VIC

Hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours

About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced and organised Workplace Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist to support the day-to-day operations of a busy office based in Bendigo. This role is responsible for delivering a professional front-of-house experience while coordinating a broad range of workplace and facilities services. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and contractors
2. Manage reception operations and general enquiries
3. Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup requirements and room readiness
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and mailroom activities
5. Arrange catering for meetings, training sessions and workplace events
6. Maintain office supplies, stationery and kitchen stock levels
7. Coordinate facilities-related requests and liaise with building management and service providers
8. Support workplace events and office-wide initiatives
9. Ensure reception, meeting rooms and common areas are maintained to a high standard
10. Assist with onboarding logistics and workplace inductions
11. Maintain workplace records, documentation and administrative processes
12. Provide general administrative support as required
About You
13. Previous experience in reception, workplace coordination, facilities administration or office support
14. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
16. Professional presentation and customer service focus
17. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
18. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
19. Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
20. A proactive and flexible approach to work
