Accurate Payroll Management Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate administration of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies. The person in this position will also provide support to employees and management on payroll-related matters while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll accurately and efficiently, adhering to legislative requirements;
* Respond to employee queries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly;
* Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks related to payroll;
* Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;

Requirements:
* Minimum 2-5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
* Certificate IV in Payroll Administration or a related qualification (desirable);
* Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Preceda, Dayforce, SAP.HR3, or equivalent).
