Inverloch Farms is an Australian-owned wholesale meat supplier delivering premium boxed beef, lamb, pork, poultry and Wagyu across Victoria.
A key focus of our growth strategy is our proprietary Stirk Veal Program, a premium, consistent veal offering built to service both retail and foodservice customers who demand quality and reliability. This program represents a major investment in brand, supply chain, and long‐term partnerships.
We are expanding and seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help drive both general wholesale growth and continued expansion of our Stirk Veal brand across Melbourne.
The Role
This is a hands‐on, boots‐on‐the‐ground sales role.
You will typically spend:
* ~3 days per week on the road visiting customers
* ~2 days per week in the Rowville office
* Additional office support when required (covering team absences or operational needs)
Your primary focus will be proactive business development, door knocking, building relationships, securing new accounts, and growing volume within existing customers.
A major responsibility of this role will be representing and expanding our Stirk Veal Program, educating customers on its quality, consistency, and commercial value, and positioning it as a premium alternative within the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and open new wholesale accounts across Greater Melbourne
* Drive distribution and growth of the Stirk Veal brand
* Present product ranges and identify cross‐selling opportunities
* Conduct cold visits and ongoing relationship management
* Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service and delivery
* Manage and grow your sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales (wholesale / foodservice / FMCG preferred)
* Comfortable with cold calling and door‐to‐door prospecting
* Confident presenting premium branded products
* Highly self‐motivated and results‐driven
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Organised with good follow‐up discipline
* Valid driver's licence
