Job Summary
As a Business Analyst of the Delivery Team, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across project goals, sprint execution, and strategic planning. You will play a central role in project planning, story mapping, PI planning, and cross-team collaboration, driving successful outcomes in complex technical initiatives spanning cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure domains.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with PMO (Project Managers), Product, and Development Teams to align deliverables with strategic goals.
Support quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning by coordinating inputs from multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa.
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Focus
Partner with Cyber Security teams to understand security requirements, controls, and compliance obligations.
Translate security and infrastructure needs into measurable deliverables for Cloud Engineers, System Administrators, and DevOps teams.
Contribute to planning and delivery of cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security enhancements.
Identify risks and dependencies across cyber and infrastructure initiatives and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Tooling, Reporting & Governance
Use Jira, Azure DevOps, and Miro to manage tasks, track progress, and generate delivery reports.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to enhance visibility into project status, risks, and progress.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for governance, audits, and compliance.
Process Improvement & Delivery Excellence
Identify opportunities to streamline delivery workflows and optimize sprint execution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardize delivery frameworks and templates.
Collaborate with PMs and Technical POs to enhance agile maturity and delivery practices.
Contribute to the development of delivery playbooks, onboarding guides, and process documentation.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity domains.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevSecOps practices.
Proven experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional technical teams.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO *****, GS007, NIST, CIS Controls).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native architectures.
Exposure to risk management, incident response, or security operations.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Cloud Practitioner.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
