Lead Store Performance
We are seeking an experienced store leader to drive sales, profit, and growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidate will manage and develop a frontline team, upholding great service and presentation to ensure excellent customer experiences.
About the Role:
* Drive store performance through effective leadership and strategic planning
* Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Manage and oversee the training and development of your team members
* Order and maintain stock availability to meet customer demand
* Ensure the health and safety of all team members and customers
* Manage the financial performance of the store
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve targets
2. Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service
3. Manage inventory levels and maintain stockroom organization
4. Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient operation of the store
5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and goals
