JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities of a Rodd & Gunn Stylist include but are not limited to:
• Achieve personal productivity and assist in meeting store sales goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximise sales.
• Engage customers to the advantages of becoming a Loyalty Gunn Member.
• Engage customers using a variety of tools to promote customer relationships.
• Utilise practices to minimise losses from theft and poor inventory control.
• Use store POS system to process customer transactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, neat and organised store environment.
• Assist in processing shipments, merchandising rollouts and visual set-up.

Your role is to build real and genuine relationships with every customer, earn their trust, tell them our story and share our values. Your aim is to turn every "looker" into a "buyer", and help him find the garments and accessories that create style and expand upon or create a new Rodd & Gunn outfits for our customers/friends.

* Minimum 1-2 years of fashion retail or luxury retail experience
* Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia

This position attracts a base wage + generous weekly commission with achievement of sales goals. Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets that needs for business, which includes evenings, public holidays and weekends if required.
Must be available to work retail hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
