Overview
Henderson Mowers is a leading service centre and retailer, both locally and online, distributing outdoor power equipment (OPE) all over Australia. We work with high‐end brands such as Stihl, Toro, Honda and others, catering to both domestic and commercial customers. This role is diverse, incorporating front‐of‐house customer interaction, stock inventory tasks, and the distribution and dispatch of goods for our online store.
Responsibilities
* Spare parts interpretation
* Answering phones
* Processing orders
* Packing and dispatching orders
* OPE sales
* Keeping showrooms and spare parts area clean
* Booking in repairs/servicing jobs
Requirements
* Ability to use computers quickly and efficiently across multiple software platforms.
* Read and write English competently.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Well presented.
* Physical ability to lift boxes and stand for most of the day.
* Ability to get to and from work.
* Driver licence (preferred).
* Australian work authorisation (preferred).
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $***** – $***** per hour.
Hours: ***** hours per week; 8‐hour shift. Typical shift: 08:*******:00 (50‐minute lunch break, two 15‐minute tea breaks). Saturday morning roster: 08:*******:00. Penalties rates apply.
