We are looking for a dynamic contemporary primary years educator to join our teaching team. The successful applicant will be able to develop strong professional and respectful relationships with students, families, colleagues and positively contribute to our learning community. Willingness to participate in our wider community is highly desirable.
At Roxby Downs Area School you will collaborate with colleagues to implement innovative strategies that promote student engagement and motivation, fostering a positive classroom culture that encourages active participation and a genuine love for learning. You will be responsible for delivering the South Australian Curriculum while creating an inclusive teaching environment that caters to diverse learning needs. Building strong partnerships with parents and the community will be essential in supporting our learners to thrive. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate student progress through data analysis and assessment practices, using these insights to inform your teaching strategies and continuously improve learning outcomes.
