Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Engineer. Located in Perth, Western Australia with some work from home flexibility, the Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving technical problems, assisting customers with inquiries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role combines both technical and customer service capabilities to provide comprehensive support to our users.

* Customer Support and Customer Service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience and understanding in Edtech, Education IT and school IT infrastructure within schools
* Knowledge and understanding of commonly used services in education such as Firewalls, Antivirus, AAD, Intune and typical network setups would be an advantage
