We are looking for a proactive Admin / Sales Support Officer to join our Adelaide team. This is a key role supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive fast, accurate and hassle-free service.

What you'll be doing

- Provide day-to-day administration and sales support
- Process orders, quotes and ensure details are accurate
- Assist customers with stock, product and delivery enquiries
- Handle phones, emails and walk-in queries professionally
- Liaise with operations, warehouse and procurement teams
- Proactively solve problems and keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for

- Strong administration and/or customer service background
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM/ERP systems (MYOB Advanced/HubSpot a bonus)
- A team player with a \"can-do\" attitude
