We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, proactive and enthusiastic **Personal Assistant** to join our _Vascular business_ in a **maternity leave cover role** for a period of** 12 months**.
**Main responsibilities are, and not limited to**:
- provide administrative support to General Manager and the Vascular leadership team
- coordinate meetings for GM & Leadership Team with the management of agendas and minutes for the respective meetings
- book travel for GM
- complete and maintain business expense management for General manager; manage POs, invoices and vendor set-up where required
- manage communication between the Area/Division leadership and Affiliate leadership
- coordinate adhoc meetings, lunches and celebrations for the team
- organising meetings and agendas for visitors as required; Networking and liaising with clients and/or client EAs and peers internally
- manage documentation that need to be signed by the General Manager and file. Maintain records, files and confidential documents and compliance supporting documents
- provide support to hiring managers for new hire onboarding including induction, business cards and other types of access
- you will also be expected to support a highly collaborative wider team with any ad hoc requests
**What you will bring to this role**:
- minimum of 3 years' experience in a PA role in a large organisation
- proven experience supporting multiple partners in a fast-paced professional environment and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment where things often change
- excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressure
- excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise
- high level of attention to detail
- a willingness to learn, positive approach and strong initiative
