* Lead and manage the site audit program, including planning, completion tracking, corrective action management, and effectiveness monitoring.
* Ensure all investigations are completed within agreed timelines, performing thorough root cause analysis and leading critical investigations where required.
* Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with international standards and aviation regulatory frameworks.
* Act as the primary liaison with National Aviation Authorities (NAAs) on matters relating to safety and quality.
* Promote awareness and understanding of Human Factors and Error Management across the organisation.
* Ensure the audit program effectively monitors elements of the Safety Management System (SMS).
* Promote a strong safety reporting culture through communication, engagement, and reporting systems across the APAC region.
* Engage with regulatory authorities, customers, and government bodies on aviation quality and compliance matters.
* Lead occurrence investigations relating to maintenance errors and safety events and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Provide safety updates, trends, and analysis to the Accountable Manager and senior leadership.
* Represent Jet Aviation internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
