Are you an experienced HR/Payroll Business Analyst looking to play a pivotal role in a major system transformation? This is an opportunity
(3–4 Days Per Week)
to step into a high-profile program upgrading a legacy SAP HR Payroll environment to the full SAP SuccessFactors suite, Employee Central, ECP, and Time & Attendance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead process mapping across HR and Technology teams to define the future-state environment
* Develop clear, modern procedures that support a shift to new SuccessFactors workflows
* Support requirements gathering and help refine functional specifications
* Build and maintain UAT documentation and test cases
* Provide hands-on support during testing, transition, and change activities
* Act as the central point of contact for HR and project stakeholders throughout the upgrade
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in HR/Payroll with experience across system upgrades or transformations
* Solid understanding of SAP HR modules, payroll processes, and operational workflows
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC/ECP/Time) is ideal but not essential
* Hands-on UAT expertise, test execution, and documentation skills
* Proven ability to translate business needs into clear processes and actionable requirements
* Comfortable guiding teams through new ways of working and process adoption
* Knowledge of WA Government agreements/conditions is advantageous but not mandatory
