Our purpose built 56 place centre is at capacity and looking a passionate and dedicated leader to support managing a classroom and assisting our Centre Director to build on our success.
To be successful in this role you will be a passionate about providing outstanding experiences for the children & families and bring your team with you on the journey to create an amazing environment and learning spaces.
Ideally with several years experience in a similar role you will be a leader and motivating educator with capable administrative skills, high attention to detail and un-waivering standards.
You will have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, NQS and regulations.
We deliver a strong onboarding program with ongoing professional development and support as such high calibre Room Leaders, 2IC's or EL's are encouraged to apply.
The ability to develop excellent relationships with families is essential, along with managing operations to maximise enrolments and ensuring Flourish is see as the centre of choice for families in the community.
The successful applicant will be friendly, outgoing and approachable individual who works well in a team but autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation.
You will be an integral part of the management team, networking directly with the owners, other Centre Directors and Educational Leaders across the group. You will have the opportunity to input directly to the organisation and you will know your voice is valued.

QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor of Education (0-5years) or a Diploma in Children's Services or Working Towards are required for this position.
