Trade Counter Team Member
We are seeking a Trade Counter Team Member to join our team. As part of the Trade Counter team, you will provide customer service and information about products, undertake pick packing and stock control activities, and help keep the branch tidy and safe.
About the Role
A typical day in this role will involve:
* Providing Customer Service - assisting customers with their queries and providing product information
* Quote Management - providing quotes both in person and over the phone
* Pick Packing and Stock Control - ensuring that stock levels are maintained and picking orders efficiently
* Branch Maintenance - keeping the branch tidy and safe for customers and staff
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Customer Service Experience - previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* Communication Skills - excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Technical Skills - basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
* Reliability - a valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours
