We are seeking an experienced and licensed full time property manager to join our friendly team. We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service, with open and honest communication at all times.

With regular company paid attendance to Harcourts training and Social events.
You need to be a people first person and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You need to hold a Current SA Property Managers license and possess an in depth knowledge of the current South Australian Property Management laws. It is also required that you have a current drivers license and reliable car.
You will need to be proficient in Property Management software (Ideally PropertyMe) and Microsoft Office Suite.

You will receive a company supplied laptop and mobile phone.
The portfolio is small to medium sized and the majority of properties are in the inner southern to Glenelg location, with a scattering of properties in the Adelaide Hills, Northern and Southern suburbs.
You will be supported by a dedicated trust account manager and the Business operations manager.
Key responsibilities:
· End to end Property Management excluding trust account and bill payment, water calculating and invoicing.
· Scheduling and conducting all routine inspections.
· Reporting and coordinating maintenance and repairs to provide both the tenant and landlord the best outcome.
· Thorough reference checks via Tenant Options on potential candidates for the vacant properties
· Arrange marketing and open inspections of vacant rental properties
· Preparation and execution and signing of Lease Agreements, and Lease Renewals.
· Finalising tenancies, conducting the exit inspection and preparing the bond refund summary.
· Tribunal representation if required
