We are seeking a proactive professional to support a team of lawyers in a well-established firm for a 6 to 12-week assignment.

What You'll Be Doing: Supporting 2-3 lawyers with property-related matters (potentially assisting across the wider team as needed).
Drafting, lodging, and uploading Landgate documents.
Managing PEXA transactions – PEXA experience is essential.
Handling settlement and transactional work related to property matters.
Preparing mortgages, discharges of mortgages, and other Landgate forms to allow lawyers to focus on legal work.
What We're Looking For: Experience in property and conveyancing matters – a background in property would be highly beneficial.
Essential: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PEXA.
A proactive and organised approach to work.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
