Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Representative to support the growth of Parabellum International's emergency vehicles, rental fleet, and emergency response equipment across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. This is a unique opportunity to represent premium products — including Rosenbauer fire trucks — and to help shape the emergency response capabilities of various industries and sectors.

Your role
You will be at the forefront of expanding our footprint in emergency vehicle & equipment sales and hire, connecting clients with cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest operational and safety standards. From frontline Rosenbauer firefighting appliances to specialist emergency response & medical equipment, your role will be to match world-class products with the unique needs of new and existing clients.
This role is ideal for someone with strong connections in emergency response, fleet procurement (hire or sales), or related industries, and a proven ability to build relationships that develop into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect for new clients through networking, advertising, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies
* Grow and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions
* Work closely with clients to understand operational needs and provide the right equipment options
* Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve growth targets
* Analyse potential deals and contracts for feasibility and fit
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
* Represent Parabellum at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Proven track record in sales with a customer-first approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* A background in the industry and product offerings with a willingness to learn and grow
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Willingness to travel across WA, NT, and occasionally interstate or internationally
