Job Description:
The SEE First Nations Project Coordinator is a vital role that empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to build confidence, identify strengths and transition toward meaningful, sustainable employment.
This project supports the co-design and implementation of a three-year program across Mimal and Warddeken Land Management Corporations in Arnhem Land. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about education.
The successful applicant will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Community Development, LLND or similar and/or experience in delivering large projects.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and extensive knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework.
* Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal people and experience delivering tailored training activities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Supporting the co-design and implementation of the project across Mimal and Warddeken Land Management Corporations.
* Engaging stakeholders and building relationships to design the program to meet community expectations.
* Providing quality documentation and reporting to support positive learner outcomes.
