**Administration Officer** to join our busy branch in
**Cavan, Adelaide**!
This opportunity is available on either a permanent part time (3-4 days p/week) or casual basis. Hours are flexible i.e. school time hours available.
**The role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Raising and submitting sales orders
- Processing timesheets
- Fleet and equipment planning and management
- Liaise with both internal and external contractors/ customers
- Raise purchase orders and invoicing
- Maintain stores, including inventory control, stock takes and managing inwards and outwards goods
- Receipt and store incoming goods
- Assist with reviewing administration workflow/practices and implementing improvements and initiatives that enhance administration practices
- Conduct Branch stock control, report on identified stock variations.
- Other business related duties as may be required from time to time
**What we're looking for**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is required
- Tertiary qualifications i.e. Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
- High level accuracy and attention to detail as well as proven skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Provide proof of Australian Work Rights; and
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
