The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our in-office team at Jade Finance.
This position is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a creative mindset, and a genuine interest in marketing and design. You’ll support our experienced marketing team across a wide range of digital and print projects, with a particular focus on our growing B2B marketing requirements.
About the Role
You’ll assist the marketing team across multiple creative and administrative areas, including:
* Collaborating with partners to determine specific requirements for co-branded campaigns and managing the production of those marketing assets
* Helping to design and produce on-brand marketing materials for print and digital platforms
* Assisting with social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities
* Writing and editing marketing copy, including social media captions and promotional content
* Using Google Drive Suite to create and manage documents, presentations, and graphics
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
* Supporting Senior Marketers with campaign planning, approvals, and administration
* Working collaboratively with a team of marketers, designers, and developers to deliver quality results

What We’re Looking For
* Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy (native-level English proficiency)
* High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
* A keen eye for design, layout, and presentation
* Proficiency in Google Drive Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Figma is highly desirable
* Proactive, confident, and passionate, with a willingness to learn new skills
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
