This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding technical team as a Quality Assurance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory testing, report writing, and ensuring quality & compliance are met, as well as performing product validation testing, and handling customer complaints and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Write detailed reports and documents based on test results

* Ensure quality and compliance are met in all aspects of the job

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
">
* Experience working in a QA role in the manufacturing industry

* Good understanding and confidence in product or quality testing roles
">
* Passionate about analyzing data & information to create reports and documents
">
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust your style depending on the audience
">
* Attention to detail, comfortable reviewing and checking information
">
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and handling customer issues
">
* You are outgoing, dedicated and driven to achieve outcomes
