Senior Child Welfare Leader
This is a senior leadership position that oversees the delivery of child protection and out-of-home care services. The role requires strategic thinking, operational management, and strong partnership-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the operational management of directorates to deliver safe, high-quality services.
* Champion best practice frameworks and cultural responsiveness across the service system.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to build workforce capability and drive innovation.
