Your Role
We are seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our community-minded WFI team. You will work with both new and existing valued clients to assist with their insurance needs. A customer-first approach is essential as we aim to be 'Great people to know'—offering "insurance you can shake hands with". This position is based in Jagera Giabal and Jarowair Country (Toowoomba). It is a full-time, permanent role requiring availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. During your first six months, you will complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. You will work from an WFI office during this period to ensure supervised training. Afterward, hybrid work arrangements may be considered based on business needs.
